Businesses play an essential role in improving local air quality for all those who visit and work in the Marylebone area. By reducing the problem of air pollution, businesses can keep visitors and staff happier, healthier and encourage increased footfall to the area.

Our BIDs – Baker Street Quarter Partnership, The New West End Company and Marble Arch London – have come together to host the West End Air Summit. The event brings together local businesses and will showcase the successes of West End businesses in improving air quality.

The West End Buyers Club will be launched at the event, as supported by the Marylebone LEN. We will be in attendance, where we will be discussing how the LEN supports green freight and delivery initiatives.

Over 200 students attended and had fun drawing with chalk, learning to cycle with Dr Bike, and playing at the arts and crafts table. The highlight was learning to plant in the Marylebone LEN planting garden, where students were able to learn about the different types of plants that help improve our air quality.
